Say hello to Miss River! A little firecracker of love that will spark a burst of joy in your heart. River is a 1-year-old terrier mix who was found roaming the railroad tracks near the Arkansas River. She was found starving, dirty, and scared. Now that River is safe in her foster home, she is coming out of her shell and learning to trust people again. She does have some social anxiety, so slow introductions to dogs and people are needed. Once she warms up, she will stay right by your side as a loyal sidekick. River is a smart girl who just wants to play and will sing you a nice tune just to get your attention. She is also house-trained and crate-trained!
