Benjy is a sweet, young husky with a whole lot of personality packed into one fluffy body. He’s energetic, fun, and incredibly loving. He’s always ready to move, explore, and be part of whatever you’re doing! Benjy has done well on pack walks with another dog and would likely enjoy having a dog friend who can keep up with his energy and play style. Benjy enjoys being social, but he also really loves connecting with his people and being included. Benjy is looking for a home that understands his energy and enrichment needs, including daily exercise, mental stimulation, and quality time. In return, you’ll get a loyal, affectionate companion with a big heart and an even bigger personality!

Housebroken: Working on it! They're doing well on a schedule but will have occasional accidents in the home.

Crate-trained: Unknown! They have never been crated while in our care.

Leash behavior: Working on it! They are still learning what the leash is all about and may have some behaviors that will require continued positive reinforcement training.

Dog sociability: They like them! They enjoy the company of dog friends, but would be just as happy to be an only dog in the home.

Cat sociability: They do not do well with cats! They will chase, bite, attack, or otherwise harm or frighten cats.

Kid sociability: Unknown! They have never met children while in our care.

Likes: Picking things up and throwing them as a joke, getting butt scritches, singing the song of his people
