Wynona ‘Winnie’ is a 7 month old ~35 lb American pittbull terrier mix who has absolutely all of the best pitty qualities you could ask for!

Wynona loves to be by your side and is a phenomenal cuddler. In true pitty fashion she is an absolute queen of the lean, if Velcro is what you’re after this is your girl! Wynona is quite capable of playing by herself and will joyfully empty a basket of toys and squeak around the house for a bit. She is very smart and empathic, catching on very quickly to tone which has made training a breeze. Wynona knows the commands sit, down, paw, no and is working on stay & wait and leave it.

She is almost entirely house broken, with just a few accidents as we all get on to a schedule, perfectly normal for a puppy of her age. Wynona does have some anxieties about being left alone in her crate and will require a slow approach to crate training. She is comfortable in the crate when her people are home but becomes panicked when left alone, something we are working on with confidence building.

She walks very well on a leash, plays well with other dogs and is learning to respect the resident cat. Wynona is a beautiful gem of a girl who needs a person or people capable of spending time building her confidence so she can continue to become the best version of herself.
