Macbeth is a 3-month-old, 18-pound (as of 3/16) Lab mix with a big brain, a soft heart, and the cutest little “I’m trying my best” personality. Recently arriving from our sister partner in Tennessee, he’s just beginning to adjust to life as a New Yorker — and taking it all in one brave step at a time.

This smart cookie is already mastering puzzle toys and even picking up on a bit of sign language — basically, he’s equal parts adorable and impressive. He’s crate trained, respectful with cats (a polite little gentleman!), and happiest in a calm environment where he can take his time figuring things out.

The big city can feel a little overwhelming right now — especially loud noises and busy streets — so Macbeth would love a quieter home, ideally with a fenced-in yard where he can explore at his own pace and build confidence.

While he may start off a bit shy, once he feels safe, Macbeth transforms into a total snuggle bug who just wants to be close to his people. Think soft cuddles, gentle eyes, and a puppy who will absolutely melt into you once he trusts you.

Macbeth is looking for a patient, loving human (or family!) who will cheer him on, help him grow, and celebrate all his little wins along the way. With a little time and a lot of love, this sweet, sensitive boy is going to blossom into the most loyal and wonderful companion.
